I had been wondering if I should just try it because of my belly fat concerns, and I did it. It is not as effective as liposuction, but it seems to have improved a very tiny bit. At the same time, you do need to diet as well, and maybe because I was not able to do that well, but there was no bleeding or anything like that, so it was not bad. The wait was not that long either, so that was nice.
