Director Kim explained the implants in extraordinary detail, the manager's explanation was clean and clear, and they honestly told me what could and couldn't be done. Since I seemed to have more experience with fat grafting, I decided on implants, but I ended up choosing somewhere else T_T Still, overall the facilities were clean, and both the friendliness and professionalism seemed excellent.
