Everything seems fine, but for this price on my first nose surgery? I'm not a celebrity, so I'm very conflicted. If it could become dramatically better, maybe I wouldn't know, but even if the nose became dramatic, if it ruined the balance, it would be worse than not doing it. If we keep the balance, then another clinic might also be fine. But if every other part of my face were ridiculously pretty and only my nose were ridiculously ugly, I'd try it
