The director seems extremely safety-conscious. The consultation was kind, they explained things well when I asked, and the director was nice. However, because they are so safety-conscious, it does not look like I had surgery. Compared with before, I cannot really tell what changed. It is good that they prevent side effects, but it is disappointing that the surgery is not noticeable because they are so safety-conscious.
