I had it done 6 years ago, so I don't remember the cost very well, but I remember it was quite expensive. In the end, I am very satisfied with the surgical result. I worried a lot that the fat graft would disappear quickly, but it has been fine even now, 6 years later. From right after the surgery until about 2 years later, I didn't really have feeling under my right eye, but it did come back.
