The consultation manager was kind, but the director was far too careless. I wasn't sure whether they were actually looking at me properly or had even checked exactly how it should be done.. I didn't gain any trust. The manager was kind too, but the consultation ended way too quickly, so I didn't get to hear the important things. I also paid a consultation fee, so compared with that, it felt like the consultation was far too lacking, which was disappointing
