I am of a normal build, to the point that people would say I am slim, but I had extra fat only on my upper arms. I tried exercising and massaging, but nothing improved at all. This summer in particular was unusually hot, and I could not even think about wearing a sleeveless top, and even when wearing short sleeves I kept worrying about it, so I eventually got arm liposuction. It was a place I had heard a lot about while looking for clinics that specialized in liposuction and had many reviews. After actually consulting there, they were very honest, and seeing that they really had so many reviews from a long time ago made me trust them and decide. I usually swell easily, so I was worried, but the swelling was not as bad as I expected and recovery was fast. Their aftercare, including bruise management and scar care, is also very good, so I am satisfied. The line was cleaned up neatly, and you can see at a glance that the arms got smaller, which I like.
