The hospital canceled my surgery on its own the day before the operation. I was furious, and when I tried to get the deposit refunded, they told me to bring the card, so I said okay. But then they said that because I am from out of town, I had to wait until COVID calmed down before coming in. lol; I was already angry that they canceled the surgery whenever they wanted, and now they are making it impossible to get the deposit back right away too. They are completely doing whatever they want. Do not go if you do not want to end up like me.
