I had double eyelid surgery at a plastic surgery clinic famous for semi-out eyes because a friend recommended it. I had the line made a bit high, but even after 6 months, it still looks like I had double eyelid surgery. Maybe because they also did the inner corner correction, my impression became a bit stronger T_T I kept my original double eyelid line and made it thicker, and the goal was to even out asymmetry, but it turned from a pure, gentle impression into a stronger one, which is a little disappointing... I had a monolid-to-double-eyelid procedure not to create a new crease but to keep the original line, yet the surgical marks are still left too deep, so the double-eyelid look is still very noticeable T_T I did it because my overlapping uneven double eyelids were stressful, so personally I am satisfied that they were corrected, but because people around me keep giving negative comments, it would be hard to recommend. Also, right before the surgery, the consultation was not done seated but while I was lying on the operating table, right before anesthesia, so I could not properly understand the explanation and was really flustered. It was my first time having a surgery consultation done like that, and I am angry about that part....
