It was a consultation from a while ago, so I do not remember exactly, but I was told that because I have a bit of fat, I would need an incision double-eyelid surgery, and that I should do medial canthoplasty and ptosis correction at the same time. The consultation time was a bit short, which is disappointing, but it seems worth going once for a consultation.
