The staff were kind, but the coordinator? who consulted with me right before the surgery was rude. I have a side indentation on the left breast, which is uncomfortable, and the implant is very visible too. I am satisfied that my breasts got bigger, but it is very uncomfortable every time I lie on my side because of the side indentation. They do post-op care well, but there is still a scar on one side, and when I ask anything, they answer in about 5 seconds? They just leave with an irresponsible answer like, well, that can happen, and do not really solve anything. I do not understand why people say the director is sweet or whatever;;;;
