The clinic is a little small, but the facilities are good! The staff at the desk were very kind and guided me well. The manager was kind, but a little cool, and pointed out only what was necessary. The doctor was also cool, but explained the surgery in a way that was easy to understand. He was also very confident about the surgery, and the way he said he would do this and that well if he were to work on my nose made me hopeful. Most of all, other places strongly recommended either autologous costal cartilage or donor costal cartilage, but here they recommended septal cartilage plus ear cartilage for natural results, which I really liked.
