The surgery turned out pretty naturally and well. However, after the surgery there was no time to see and talk with the director. Just before going into surgery after anesthesia, I remember the director saying, "You can see the CCTV there, right? I will make it pretty, so do not be nervous~" and that was almost my last conversation with the director... T_T But the surgery just turned out pretty as I wanted, so I am living satisfied! The problem is that I do not know exactly what surgery I had, so if I ever need a revision or anything later, I will probably have to ask for the surgery record. The director seems very confident and has a good aesthetic sense?? It has been a little over a year, and there are no functional or appearance issues. The tip of my nose is a little droopy, but that is common, so I am just going to live with it~
