I swear on everything I am not a broker. I came because I knew they did natural work well and were good at using cartilage, and they suggested a surgical method that realistically fit my nose. The doctor does not like a stiff nasal tip, and said that these days he operates using cartilage only. But with his own method, he said he could not be certain that what I wanted would be improved, and he did not want to make a patient gamble by paying several million won. He said the right thing is to suggest only surgical methods that have more than a 95 percent chance of improvement, then sent me away and recommended septal extension with costal cartilage. Of course he did not say costal cartilage was better overall, only that it would be better in my current situation. He is really conscientious. I swear I am not a broker, I am literally a regular person risking my life here. You will understand if you just go to a consultation. He is really conscientious.
