It has been a year since the surgery, and I thought it was good that they could do the nose surgery safely under local anesthesia. However, I did not want silicone inserted, but there they said silicone had to be inserted, so there is a slight implant between the eyes. Since it is a foreign material, I do feel a bit uneasy. The shape of my nose is said to be pretty by everyone, and I am satisfied too. Still, before the surgery, I wish I had visited more clinics and looked into a direction that would avoid using an implant.
