As rumored, the managers aren't that friendly. It didn't take long to get into the consultation room, but I ended up waiting more than 40 minutes for the director. If they were going to be late because of surgery, they should have said so, but they didn't. The director only states the facts, talks about the procedures that are needed, sets the line, answers questions, and leaves. The director doesn't proactively explain things either.
