It had only been a few years since my first nose surgery, but I developed contracture in my nose, so I had revision surgery. The problem was caused by having the whole thing covered with an implant all the way to the end, so the revision was done with autologous costal cartilage. And because it was done with autologous costal cartilage, I’m glad I don’t feel any foreign-body sensation or anything like that. During recovery after the surgery, thanks to the doctor carefully massaging it, I was able to recover even faster than after my first surgery, even though it was a revision, and I could spend the rest period comfortably. The shape of my nose was made with a very refined look, and it doesn’t feel like I had surgery very much, so I’m satisfied.
