The manager was extremely kind, and the director was also quick in his explanations but did them very clearly and step by step. However, maybe because they also run a dermatology clinic, there were a lot of skincare patients, and that made me worry about the level of care. Their estimated cost and explanation differed from other hospitals, so I am still thinking about it.
