I went for a consultation about revision double-eyelid surgery, and the manager gave a really comfortable impression. The director was quiet and gentle, and seemed like someone who would handle things carefully. I did get a somewhat professional impression too, but the reason I did not choose them in the end was that my case is extremely severe, and I went with a place whose name I had been hearing for a longer time in the revision-surgery field. The manager who empathized with my eyes and the director were both good.
