I had a consultation with almost no waiting because I made a reservation. I first spoke with the manager and then with the doctor, and both were kind and answered in detail. In the case of the doctor's consultation, it seems there is no extra explanation unless you ask questions, so I think you should prepare a good list of questions before going. I may not remember the consultation exactly, but as far as I recall, the amount shown in the app ad is for surgery using buried sutures, and the price is different if you later need revision surgery after incisional surgery, so please keep that in mind.
