I thought my eye shape looked a bit heavy, so I spent a lot of time researching and went on consultation tours at clinics. The clinic was reasonably large, the director checked my eyes more thoroughly than I expected, and the staff were kind too. It was a weekday, so there was some waiting, but they also answered the questions I prepared very well.
