They seem to pursue a natural look, and because I have a turned-up nose, a bulbous nose, and a crooked nose, they said from the beginning that it was a difficult nose to operate on and that they do not do cases using rib cartilage at this hospital. Once I said I did not want to use rib cartilage, the consultation proceeded, and when I looked at the before-and-after comparison photos, it did not seem dramatically different, but they seemed to prioritize safety, so I thought it was okay. Still, the reviews are so mixed that I am conflicted... T_T
