I went in for a consultation about breast implant surgery. They explained in advance all the sensitive parts and things I might be curious about, so I felt like the question list I had prepared wasn't really needed. I had been putting off the consultation while always saying I should get surgery someday, and when I finally went, they spoke in a friendly way, and the manager and lobby staff were all so kind that I could have the consultation comfortably.
