Among the clinics I’ve had consultations at, the director was the kindest by far. He explained what needed to be said and kept asking whether I had any more questions, to the point that it felt almost awkwardly kind. The aftercare is also provided to a certain extent, so it feels fairly ordinary overall, but I didn’t like the fact that the manager came into the consultation. This was the first place where a manager came in during the consultation.
