I got masseter botox with Xeomin and it was done quickly, like at a factory. It was my second time getting it, and the pain was not bad. The muscles shrank without side effects, so I was satisfied. Later I got it as a single vial instead of a divided dose, and maybe because I kept getting it, but the single vial seemed to last longer. When I got it divided, it felt like it came back after 4 months.
