I felt like the coordinator here was genuinely trying to help me, which I liked. Even when I visited again after several years, they remembered me, and I was grateful that they thought through things from my point of view. The doctor is the kind of person who explains things in detail by looking at photos and the face, not so much through kindness but through expertise, and explains what surgery would be done and what results might come out. In the end, because they told me that revision cheekbone surgery might not produce the result I wanted, I have been living without surgery. Other hospitals all told me to do it, but this was the only place that told me not to. I still am not satisfied with my face, but I liked that they cared more about the patient than about making a sale.
