The manager was kind, and the director explained things well in a friendly way. For eye consultation, they clearly separated which surgeries could be done and which could not, and explained in detail why the impossible ones could not be done, which helped a lot. I was planning on lateral canthoplasty for the eyes, but they said it would make the eyes look more drawn inward in front, so I am planning to skip the eye surgery and do only the nose surgery.
