I went to a clinic that specializes in rhinoplasty and revision rhinoplasty to correct my bulbous nose and had a consultation. Both the manager and the director responded very kindly, so I felt comfortable throughout the consultation. When I showed them photos of noses I wanted to use as references, the director explained in detail the type and size of implant needed to achieve that result, and also honestly told me about the expected limitations after surgery, which was very helpful.
