5 years ago I had natural adhesion and epicanthoplasty with an in-out line, but from about 1 to 2 years ago one side started to loosen, and now it's completely loosened, while the other side is also starting to loosen,, After the surgery it came out really naturally and well, to the point that people around me didn't know I had double eyelid surgery, but maybe because of that, it eventually came undone^^,, My friend who had the surgery with me originally had a hidden double eyelid, and even though hers was done as an in-out line, it hasn't loosened, so I guess it really depends on the person
