The consultation was paid, but they explained everything in a very detailed way. They took a CT scan and analyzed my face, then told me exactly where I should do it, and I liked that they clearly said when something wouldn't be effective. The area I was most worried about was said to have little effect, so I'm still deciding whether to do it or not..
