I had a remote consultation, and they really analyzed my face objectively. I have a short chin, and they said I absolutely had to go with an implant to make it longer. They also said my midface is sunken, so my nose is the top priority, and that I also need work on the paranasal area. Hearing the director's YouTube videos really helped me establish a perfect standard of beauty lol lol lol lol. It felt like I finally understood exactly why I was unattractive. I had my chin surgery done at another hospital in the way the director described, with the chin made to feel longer, and I have not had the nose or paranasal area done yet, but I really want to... I got paranasal filler while having contouring done, and it really reduced how unattractive I looked to the same degree as the contouring... honestly, it has sunk back in again and I look unattractive now haha.
