The waiting time was long. The clinic as a whole did not give a very friendly impression. The director was not the friendly type either, but he explained well what kind of procedure my eyes needed. He said it was pseudo-ptosis and explained the reason, which made me trust him. It was not the eye I wanted, but he told me the maximum possible range for my eyes, so I booked the surgery.
