I went in for a nose consultation, and when I told them the parts I wanted to fix, they were very definite and said something like, "Then you should do it this way and that way." But there was no actual photo-taking or anything like that, so I wasn't fully convinced and didn't go through with it, but the doctor was kind, which I liked. I also liked that they clearly told me the limits of my nose and what could and could not be done (it felt like they weren't doing things in a too-commercial way).
