I had a consultation with the director, and it seemed like he really pursued a very natural look. I went in to ask about nostril reduction, but he said he would 100% recommend surgery on the nose as a whole, and that if I was only going to do nostril reduction, it would actually be better not to do anything. His tone was cheerful, but also gave the impression of having a pretty firm personal view. The wait time was short, which was nice.
