I had cheekbone reduction, buccal fat removal, and facial liposuction about 2 months ago... I spent quite a lot of money on it, but all of the effects are minimal... My cheekbones were fairly large and my face was broad to begin with, and even after surgery they are still big. What changed?? I really do not know... Not even people around me say things like I lost weight lol Nobody noticing me is expected, of course... I am trying to think it is just swelling, but even if I press with my hand, it barely indents, so well... for something I went through so much trouble to get done, it feels like it was not worth it T_T
