Overall, my facial contour looked larger and more masculine compared with my eyes, nose, and mouth, so I went in for a contouring surgery consultation. I wanted something more actor-like rather than a doll-like or idol-like line, and they kindly explained things to match that. The hospital is fairly large and has a factory-like feel. Unlike other hospitals, they said cortical bone osteotomy and masseter reduction would not be effective, which surprised me a bit.
