I consulted about a nose revision. The director was especially kind. He explained my nose very well and told me in detail why it was needed and how the surgery would proceed. I also consulted about the philtrum and nasolabial folds that I was concerned about in addition to my nose, and although I was very satisfied with the consultation, the additional costs (columella, nostrils, alar base, philtrum, etc.) are so high that I am considering it.
