I have a slightly high glabella, so the doctor said I was a case that could still be done without an implant. But I felt that for implant-free surgery, the key is how well they define the bridge and tip line of the nose, so I looked closely at the before-and-after results, and they seemed fine. I also felt the doctor was conscientious. Not the type to over-treat?
