Everyone was kind, and they explained everything carefully, even drawing pictures. They were very honest, which made me trust them. Maybe because of that, they designed the line to be too much of a very narrow double eyelid... so I decided not to go. They seemed to really prefer a very natural double eyelid. They considered everything, including the thickness of the eyelid area and the distance to the eyebrows, and explained it all. The clinic facilities were also good, and above all, both the manager and the director were kind.
