Well, it's a mass-market dermatology clinic you go to for low prices. After washing your face yourself, you apply anesthetic cream, then 30 to 40 minutes later the procedure is done. Both the staff and the doctor are reasonably kind. Reservations are required, and if you book for the afternoon, you'll be delayed a lot. There was even a time when I had anesthetic cream on for about an hour and a half. If you don't expect too much, I think it's a pretty good value option.
