Revision surgery with donor rib cartilage for columella lengthening and silicone insertion for the bridge. The cost was not small, so I had high expectations. The overall result was only moderately satisfying, but at this point there is concern about possible implant displacement and visibility in the columella, and sagging of the nasal tip.
