The doctor clearly explained why my double eyelid had loosened, and explained how the line should be set to solve the problem. The waiting time was not long, and while looking at my eyes the doctor got very angry on my behalf, saying that a doctor who operated on eyes like this is a bad surgeon lol. But since the line that would work for me is only one option and it would almost certainly become an in-line, I am a little unsure about choosing this hospital. If you do not want to be greedy about the crease and are aiming for something completely natural, this place seems perfect.
