If you're going to a factory-style dermatology clinic for a procedure that doesn't involve the doctor's hands, this seems like a good place to go. Usually, factory-style places have staff who are extremely unfriendly or a vibe where they only socialize with each other, which makes customers feel left out(?), but here I didn't see any clique-y atmosphere, and it felt more work-focused, which I liked. On top of that, everyone was kind. Should I say their kindness was a bit like hotel staff? They were probably the kindest place I've been to recently... But the machine kept stopping in the middle, which was a bit disappointing. Still, it wasn't the doctor's fault, and the staff's kindness made up for the malfunction, so I wasn't upset. I would revisit.
