The waiting time is ridiculously long and it's hot (though maybe that's a good thing). I said I wanted a canthoplasty, but they refused. They said there would be nothing to gain from it. They only recommended eye correction and double eyelid surgery. It seems honest, but the waiting time is way too long. The consultation manager was kind. I will probably have surgery here. They recommended things honestly.
