Right after surgery, excessive dissection caused breast fusion syndrome, and the hospital said they did not recommend reoperation and told me to just live with it. The staff were fairly kind, and the facilities are old. Saline surgery is not really done much these days, but it seems safer than silicone. If the surgery goes well, that is true, but whether mine would go well or not was just luck of the draw.
