I had surgery about 1 year ago with 2 mm silicone on the nasal bridge and septal cartilage used for the nasal tip. The bridge of my nose suddenly started throbbing, feeling tight, and I feel a lot of pressure, so I've been taking antibiotics for over a week, but the symptoms aren't improving.. The hospital says there are no signs of inflammation and the CT looks fine too, but I'm worried, what if these are symptoms of contracture? I booked an appointment to remove the silicone tomorrow, but I'm wondering whether I should watch it for about a month and remove it then. If anyone has been through something like me, please share your thoughts
