The consultation is done directly with the director. Even for just one Shrink treatment, they carefully design around hollow cheeks and adjust the energy because I was hurting too much, and they do the procedure very carefully. It hurts, but the results are good, so I paid for 3 sessions. It is a bit far, but definitely worth going..
