I got a consultation from someone like a manager, and I did not even get to see the doctor. I wanted the doctor to look at my condition, so I went to another hospital instead. They did not charge a consultation fee. There were a lot of people there, though. There were also tons of procedure types, so it was like a gimbap place with endless options.
