Before the procedure, they have a consultation where you look at your face with the doctor and discuss whether any additional procedures are needed. If you say you do not have time, it can be skipped. Personally, I think it is good because it is not a factory-style dermatology clinic. I do not like crowded places, so it was nice to be able to quietly go in and out.
