This is exactly a factory-style dermatology clinic. You should not expect much here. It is the kind of clinic that is good for simple procedures at a cheap price. It is basically impossible to choose a specific doctor, so if the procedure is one that depends heavily on the doctor’s skill, it is better for your mental health not to do it. The good points are that it is close to the station, and since there are only locum doctors, sometimes if you make a little small talk they will say, 'Well, only the doctor benefits from that anyway^^, I’ll do it for you.' lol
